Currently, we offer shipping only within India. Orders are usually processed within 5-7 business days (i.e.Monday –Saturday). Some orders, such as custom-order items, may take longer. We're continuously striving to get your purchase to you sooner, however, in some unforeseen circumstances it may take a bit longer. In this case, we'll notify you of this delay immediately. We urge all customers to inspect the package for any damage or tamper before receiving or signing for receipt.

SHIPMENT TRACKING

You will be notified via email when your order ships from our warehouse with the shipment tracking number.

ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

In the situation that you want to return an item (which we hope doesn’t happen!), please make sure you have checked for the following:

- We must receive items within 14 days of your receiving them

- You have proof of purchase (i.e your original invoice number)

- Items must be in perfect condition and there must be no evidence of wear

- Items must be returned in all of their original packaging

WHEN WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS

We reserve the right to reject returns should they not meet eligibility criteria set above. Returns received outside the Returns Policy period will be accepted at the discretion of Ruuh Studios. 

RETURN PROCESS 

Decisions take time – and we’re happy to accept returns if you’ve changed your mind. However, please take note of the eligibility criteria for returns. To return your item please email us at  info@ruuhstudios.com or call +91 6398584292 quoting: your invoice number, name and address, details of the product, the reason you wish to return the item(s) and we will arrange a return shipment for you. To return your order, please keep the package ready in its original packaging and include the original invoice. 

RECEIVING YOUR REFUND

Once we receive your item(s) and provided that there is no evidence of wear and the designs are in perfect condition then we will process your refund. Refunds will be issued within 3-5 working days. Please be advised that depending on your bank, it may take up to 7 working days for the money to be credited to your account.

Please note your shipping cost to us will not be refunded.

Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 24 hours of placing an order. There is no cancellation of orders placed and which have been handed over to the delivery service provider.

No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on special occasions and festivals like Rakhi, Christmas, Diwali or Valentine’s Day etc. These are seasonal and limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.

For all canceled orders, your refund will be processed through mode of original payment within 7-10 working days.
